For people that already are located in China, or have arranged with their own travel to China, we can offer an onsite travel package in Changchun including hotel, all onsite transportations, and meals.

Single hotel room supplement: RMB 900 /person for 3 nights.

Package A includes

• Arrival on Friday. Hotel accomodation 2 nights in double room with daily breakfast.
• Local transportation (from arrival in airport until departure from hotel to airport).
• Dinner Friday as well as lunches/dinners in hotel and/or arena (including soft drinks & beer) on Saturday.
• Award Ceremony Banquet

Package B includes:

• 3 nights hotel accommodation in double room at Shangri-La hotel with daily breakfast.
• Local transportation (from arrival in airport until departure from hotel to airport).
• Lunches/dinners in hotel and/or arena, including soft drinks & beer
• Award Ceremony Banquet

The most convenient way to get to Changchun is by flight to Changchun Airport. People arriving at Changchun Airport will be picked up and brought to the hotel.

Participants will be accomodated at the 5 star luxury hotel Shangri-la hotel located at the business and entertainment center of Changchun City.
