Vasaloppet China is a part of the Chinese Challenge
The Chinese Challenge is a concept taken from the ”Swedish Classic Circuit”, a collaboration between four different classic Swedish sports events where participants get recognized for fulfilling all four races in one year. The Chinese Challenge also consists of four sport events in different disciplines. All of the events are held in Jingyuetan Park, Changchun.

Participants who complete one race in each of the four competitions during the course of one year will get a special medal and diploma.  

The events included in the Chinese Challenge are:

Lidingoloppet China - Cross Country Running

Vasa Bike Festival - Road bike and Mountain Bike
August 28, Jingyuetan Park, Changchun

     

Vasa Swim Festival - Open Water Swimming
August 29, Jingyuetan Park, Changchun

Vasaloppet China - Cross Country Skiing
January 2, 2011, 2012... Jingyuetan Park, Changchun

(It does not matter which event you start with just as long as you complete the four above races during the course of one year. i.e. you could for example start with Vasa Bike Festival in 2010 and complete Lidingoloppet 2011 as your last race in the Challenge.)
