Event Name: Ericsson Shanghai International Bicycle Festival 2010

Competition Categories：
1. Men/Women Individual Time Trial

Competition Information：
1. Participants are required to be passionate cyclists in good condition, and take part in the event willingly.
2. A written consent from the relevant guardians is demanded for participants under 18 or over 60.
3. Participants presently being elite cyclists (including members of a province team or students at sports schools) will not be included in the final result list and can not compete for prizes. Elite cyclists retired for over 3 years from date of the race are allowed to compete as regular participants.
4. The whole set of equipment is on participant’s own charge. Any kind of automatic one is not allowed.
5. Being equipped with approved cycling helmet during the whole event is compulsory for all participants.
6. All the participants are demanded to be equipped with the number bibs and the relevant bike number plates in the same series. Any action of damaging the bibs or plates is not allowed. 
7. Only participants registered through Nordic Ways are allowed to take part in the event.
8. The OC will purchase insurances for the registered cyclists, based on the correct information provided. Hence, participants’ correct info is required. Otherwise, they are responsible for any risk or injury involved. 
9. All the participants are demanded to ride right following the race track arranged. Otherwise, they should be responsible for any risk of injury involved off the track.
10. Abiding by the rules, paying respect to the race integrity of fairness and honesty , watching out for the safety around should be the high responsibility for each participant. Any kind of attack or damaging is not allowed. Otherwise they should be responsible for any risk of injury involved, and Nordic ways are authorized to have them warned, forbidden, unqualified, etc.     
11. Timing using Electronic Chip will be used by the OC. Therefore, a deposit of 200 RMB/person will be demanded for the chip which will be returned after race. Participants should be their own transactors.  
12. The results of the participants who have finished the whole race will be provided by the OC. 
13. Any accidents or act of force majeure appearing, the OC is authorized to shorten the race distance or cancel the race accordingly.  
14. The final explanation to the all relevant races is owned by the Referee OC.
15. If any additions to these rules becomes necessary, these rules will be publicized by the OC over the OC website.   

Men/Women Individual Time Trial
Men/Women Individual Time Trial 100 RMB/Person
Including number bibs, bike number plate, insurance, water
1. The winner of the Individual Time Trials will be the official world record holder for biking 1 lap on the Shanghai International F1 track.
2. The allowed number of participants will be only 50, with no limitation of gender.

Company Team Relay
Men/Women Company Team Relay 1500 RMB/Team
Including number bibs, bike number plate, insurance, water

1. The company team relay requires 1 team = 3 male + 1 female, which is demanded to come from a same company
2. Cycling Club or Individual Team are not allowed to take part in the company team relay
3. At our convenience of making the company relevant number bibs, the company logos are required for the participant teams.

Men/Women Individual Open Group 300 RMB/Person
More than 8 persons together will be charged 240 RMB/Person
Including number bibs, bike number plate, insurance, water, fast food
