Here are some important notes to all participants of 2009 Huangshan MTB Festival:

You or the leader of your team needs to pick up your race number bibs and bike plates at the registration desk in Jinling Hotel, Yi County. Pick up time on Friday, March 20th,  9:30-23:00

Travel package buyers should get meal coupons with their number bibs. For those only registered for the race, you number bib works as a meal coupon for saturdays lunch.

All bikers plus accompanying friends and family needs to have a Biker-ID Card which will be handed out together with the number bibs. You should wear this card when going to the arena on saturday.

Transportation to the arena on Saturday
We recommend that bikers ride their bikes to the arena with the police escort from Jinling Hotel at 7:20 Saturday morning. There will also be a bus for travel package buyers going to the arena

Bikers need to go through CCA inspection before they can go to the start line. The CCA referees will organize inspection and sign in at the arena. Please make sure your bike is according to the rules.

Opening Ceremony for the race is at 8:30
The 50 km race for amateur bikers starts at 9:07 and the 20 km race at 9:15. You need to be ready on the start line at least 10 minutes before race start. Please note that there is no seeding for starting positions 

There will be a bag check-in at the catering area where you can leave your things during the race

Award Ceremony will be at 13:00 at the arena and the price money will be handed out at 15:00 in Jinling Hotel, Lobby Information Center
