Working closely with Birkebeinerrittet in Norway which is an official member of the Mountainbike World Cup, Birkebeinerrittet China organized by Nordic Ways is held for the second time in 2009 and has found a new home in Yakeshi, Inner Mongolia.
The track with its highest point of 870m is according to Nordic Ways track consultant, Norwegian Emil Unaas, even tougher than the 91km long race in Rena, Norway. For sure, a great adventure awaits all participants. The race is expecting to gather a few hundred participants from both China and Europe.
Registration is now open for the race!
You can look at the track map and see pictures of it in the links to the left.
