Japhet Kipkorir--- the winner of Men 30km of the original, Swedish Lidingoloppet 2009 from Kenya, has accepted the invitation of the 3rd Lidingoloppet China which is going to be held on June 26th, 2010 in scenic Jingyuetan Park, Changchun. Meanwhile, the best Swedish runner and over all no. 5, Lars Johansson from Enh?rna XC running club got invited as well.

So far, almost 1000 participants have signed up for the cross country running and walking event. Registration is open till June 21st. We are looking forward to seeing much more of you come and join us. After the event, all of the participants are invited to take part in mid-summer celebration, the typical Swedish way to celebrate the arrival of summer and the first time of year when sun is on its highest level (on the north part of the globe).

Lidingoloppet China is the first part of Chinese Challenge being held in Jingyuetan Park all over the year. The other three parts---Vasa Bike, Vasa Swim and Vasaloppet China will follow hard on the heels of it. Participants who complete the four mentioned competitions in one year round time will get a specially designed diploma and honorary medal.
