1.Fill out the online registration form
2.Wait for the registration confirmation letter
3.Read the confirmation letter carefully and pay the total amount
4.Fill in your name and event in the remarks/purpose/remittance reason box on the ‘transfer of funds’ slip View example
5.Fax/scan a copy of the payment slip from the bank, with your name written on it, and send it to us
6.You will receive a payment confirmation letter from us
7.Note:Participants who wants a registration fee refund need to be prepared to pay ev.tax/administration fee
8.You can not get a registration fee refund after registration has closed.Travel package refund is decided
