Genghis Khan MTB Adventure & Grassland Marathon, also called Genghis Khan Festival, is the first multi-day grassland endurance race in China. The first Genghis Khan Festival took place in Xiwuqi, Inner Mongolia in 2007. Since then, the unique grassland event has established itself as a popular annual tradition for bikers, runners and outdoor sports lovers and was ranked in the top 10 of the most beautiful events in Asia by CNN.
Event is on August 18th.Changchun Jingyuetan National Forest Park is one of the most beautiful national scenic spots in Changchun and during August, the air is traditionally fresh and cool. The concept of this race is a combination of sports activity, leisure time, and travel. Changchun Jingyuetan Forest Mountain Biking Marathon is a celebration of all the participants.
